Lovely comfortable room with good aircon and powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious pastries at breakfast. Nice small family-run hotel with a great location in a charming and welcoming place to visit. Good free wifi.
Felt very happy, no reason to complain.

The location is fantastic, just in the center of historic Ferrara, besides the square of Duomo. The hotel looked like new. The room was very confortable, silent, quiet. The bathroom was impressive, all perfectly clean. Wi-Fi was free of charge. The staff, specially Marcello, was very friendly and hepful. The hotel had a lot of tourist information they gave me and was a big help for me, because the tourist office was closed these days. There were, also, two very goods restaurants just outside the hotel.
There was not lift, it could be a problem for some people, not for me.

A quiet atmosphere along with really friendly personnel. Well-organised and newly decorated room overall, with sofa. A safe, TV and a mini-fridge-bar — very useful. Fresh food and excellent service.
Very rude staff!

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location. You'll be within walking distance of all the major attractions that Ferrara has to offer. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, ready to provide you with local recommendations. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with a nice bathroom and even a sofa for added comfort. The breakfast, though not sufficient for foreigners, includes fresh pastries and good quality coffee to start your day off right.
The breakfast could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes.

The hotel itself was very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. and the room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. And on top of all this, the breakfast was excellent.
I cannot fault anything with the hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located to the city center, modern, with a great bathroom (especially the shower). Staff was friendly.
I would not stay there again as it was extremely noisy. We were on the first floor above a restaurant with outdoor seating. It was warm in early May and the air conditioning was not yet working so we had the windows open. There was non-stop noise from the street until 3am. While the bed was comfortable, even with earplugs it was extremely noisy and provided no rest.

Newly renovated and perfectly situated in the centre of Ferrara, not far from the Castle.
The main entry door. Manually operated from the front desk.

The hotel we stayed in was absolutely amazing! The rooms had a really unique style and were clean and bright. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, close to lots of great restaurants and historic sights. We loved being in a pedestrian zone so there was no traffic noise, and there was a lovely park just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, there was a great variety of pastries, meats, and cheese.
The only negative aspect of our stay was that there were quite a lot of stairs to climb up to our room, but we didn't mind too much as it gave us some exercise after all the amazing food we had been eating! , the bathroom had a shower with a slightly low ceiling, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.
